1. Purpose of the Application

The application does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any estimate produced.

2. User-Provided Data Responsibility

All estimates generated by the application are entirely dependent on the information entered by the user. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Material quantities and pricing

• Labor rates, crew productivity, and durations

• Equipment costs and usage

• Templates, presets, and saved data

• Any manually entered adjustments or overrides

The application does not verify, validate, or audit user-entered data.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all inputs are accurate, current, and appropriate for the specific project.

3. Mathematical Calculations and Verification

The application may perform automated mathematical calculations based on user-provided inputs, including totals, quantities, rates, extensions, and summaries.

Actual project costs may vary due to site conditions, market pricing changes, labor productivity differences, design changes, weather, logistics, scheduling impacts, or errors and omissions in user-provided data.

The application makes no representations or warranties that any estimate will match actual costs, bids, profits, or outcomes.

5. User Review and Verification Required

Before sharing, submitting, or relying on any estimate or exported PDF, you must independently review and verify all values, quantities, assumptions, and calculations.

By using the application, you acknowledge that estimates require professional judgment and that you accept full responsibility for reviewing each estimate.

Failure to review or verify an estimate does not transfer responsibility to the application or its developer.

6. No Professional Advice

This application does not provide engineering, accounting, legal, or professional cost-estimating advice.

Use of this software does not replace professional judgment, field verification, contract review, or independent quantity takeoffs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer, owner, and distributors of this application shall not be liable for inaccurate estimates, mathematical errors, lost profits or revenue, bid errors or omissions, contract disputes, project cost overruns, or any damages resulting from reliance on an estimate.

Use of the application is entirely at your own risk.

Templates and saved estimates are provided solely for convenience. The application does not ensure that saved data remains accurate, current, or appropriate for future projects.
